コロラド州グリーリーに所在する、1889年に設立された4年制州立大学です。ラブランド、コロラドス・プリングス、デンバー市内ローリー地区にもサテライト・キャンパスを置いています。教養、科学、人文、経営、人類科学、教育等の分野において、6つの学部群に100以上の学士課程を設置しており、中でも一般教養教育を始めとする教育分野において優れていることで知られているほか、50の大学院課程が置かれています。約9,700人の学部生と、修士課程に約2,400人、博士課程に約600人の大学院生が在籍しています。修士課程ではオンライン教育学が13位、学士課程ではリハビリテーション・カウンセリング学が15位、公衆衛生学が31位、音声学が45位にランクされるなど、多くの優れた課程を有しています。
